                                              TSHWANE AMENDMENT SCHEME
              I, M.A. Mbiza, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 12142, Block X, Mabopane, hereby give notice in terms of
          section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that I have applied to the
          City of  Tshwane, for the amendment of the  Tshwane  Town-planning Scheme, 2007, in operation by the rezoning of the
          property described above, situated at 12142 Block X, Mabopane, from Residential to Business 2.
              Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the relevant office of:  The Strategic

          die Stad Tshwane, aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Tshwane-dorpsbeplanningskema, 2008, in werking deur die
          hersonering van die eiendom, hierbo beskryf, geleë te 12142 Block X, Mabopane van Residential tot Business 2.
              Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die spesifieke kantoor van: Die Strategiese

              I, Hans Peter Roos, being the authorised agent of the owner of Erf 5616, The Orchards Extension 46, hereby give notice
          in terms of Section 56 (1) (b) (i) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that I have applied to the City of
          Tshwane, for the amendment of the Town-planning Scheme known as Tshwane Town-planning Scheme, 2008, by the rezoning
          of the above property, situated between Ryegrass Avenue and Hyssop Street, The Orchards from “Residential 3” to “Residential
          1” and “Public Road”.
