NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF TOWN PLANNING SCHEME IN TERMS OF SECTION
                56(1)(b)(i) OF THE TOWN PLANNING AND TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCE, 1986 (ORDINANCE 15 OF 1986)
                               TSWAING LAND USE SCHEME, 2011 - AMENDMENT SCHEME 14
             Maxim Planning Solutions (Pty) Ltd (2002/017393/07) being the authorised agent of the owner of Erven 366 & 367,
             Ottosdal, hereby gives notice in terms of Sections 56(1)(b)(i) and 92(1)(b) of the Town Planning and Townships
             Ordinance,  1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986) that we have applied to the Tswaing Local Municipality for
             the amendment of the Town Planning Scheme known as Tswaing Land Use Scheme, 2011, as amended, by the
             rezoning of Erven 366 & 367, Ottosdal, situated adjacent to Louw Street, between Lubbe-, Le Roux- and Vermaas
             Street, Ottosdal, from "Residential 1" to "Residential 2", to accommodate twenty (20) additional dwelling units, as
             well as the consolidation of Erven 366 & 367, Ottosdal.
             Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Municipal Manager,
             Tswaing Local Municipality, corner of General Delarey- and Government Street, Delareyville, as well as at the
             Ottosdal office, for the period of 28 days from 12 July 2013.
             Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the
             Municipal Manager, Tswaing Local Municipality at the above address or posted to P.O. Box 24, Delareyville, 2770
             within a period of 28 days from 12 July 2013.

             Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erwe
             366 &  367,  Ottosdal,  gee hiermee  ingevolge Artikels 56(1)(b)(i)  en  92(1)(b)  van  die  Ordonnansie op
             Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986) kennis dat ons by die Tswaing Plaaslike
             Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Tswaing Land Use Scheme, 2011, soos gewysig, deur
             die hersonering van Erwe 366 & 367, Ottosdal, gelee aanliggend tot Louwstraat, tussen Lubbe-, Le Roux- en
             Vermaasstraat, Ottosdal, vanaf "Residensieel 1" na "Residensieel 2", om twintig (20) addisionele wooneenhede to
             akkommodeer, asook die konsolidasie van Erwe 366 & 367, Ottosdal..

Besonderhede van die aansoek le ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale
             Bestuurder, Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, hoek van Generaal Delarey- en Governmentstraat, Delareyville,
             asook by die Ottosdal kantoor, vir 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 12 Julie 2013.
             Besware teen of vertoe ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 18 Julie 2013 skriftelik
             by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder, Tswaing Plaaslike Munisipaliteit by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 24,
             Delareyville, 2770 ingedien of gerig word.
