               NOTICE	OF	APPLICATION	FOR	AMENDMENT	OF	TOWN	PLANNING	SCHEME	IN	TERMS	OF	SECTION
               56(1)(b)(i)	 OF	 THE	 TOWN	 PLANNING	 AND	 TOWNSHIPS	 ORDINANCE,	 1986	 (ORDINANCE	 15	 OF
               1986)	READ	TOGETHER	WITH	THE	SPATIAL	PLANNING	AND	LAND	USE	MANAGEMENT	ACT	2013

We,	 Aeterno	 Town	 Planning	 (Pty)	 Ltd,	 being	 the	 authorised	 agents	 of	 the	 owner	 of	 Erf	 1409
               Watervalspruit	x	9		hereby	gives	notice	in	terms	of	Section	56(1)(b)(i)	of	the	Town	Planning	and
               Townships	 Ordinance,	 1986,	 	 read	 with	 SPLUMA,	 that	 we	 have	 applied	 to	 the	 Ekurhuleni
               Metropolitan	Municipality,	Alberton	Customer	Care	Centre	for	the	amendment	of	the	town-planning
               scheme	 known	 as	 the	 Ekurhuleni	 Town	 Planning	 Scheme	 2014,	 by	 the	 rezoning	 of	 the	 property
               described	 above,	 situated	 at	 Lamprey	 Street	 in	 Watervalspruit	 Ext	 9	 from	 Community	 Facility	 to
               Residential	2	purposes	subject	to	certain	conditions.	The	intention	is	to	subdivide	the	erf	into	44
               Residential	2	erven	with	a	minimum	size	of	300m².

Particulars	of	the	application	will	lie	for	inspection,	during	normal	office	hours	at	the	office	of	the
               Area		Manager:	City	Development	Department,	Level	11,	Civic	Centre,	Alberton	for	a	period	of	28
               days	from	27	February	2019

Objections	to	or	representation	in	respect	of	the	application	must	be	lodged	with	or	made	in	writing
               to	the	Area	Manager:	City	Development	Department,	at	the	above	address	or	at	PO	Box	4,	Alberton,
               1450,	within	a	period	of	28	days	from	27	February	2019
