KENNISGEWING VAN AANSOEK OM WYSIGING VAN DORPSBEPLANNINGSKEMA INGEVOLGE ARTIKEL 56(1)(b)(i) VAN DIE ORDONNANSIE OP DORPSBEPLANNING EN DORPE, 1986 (ORDONNANSIE 15 VAN 1986), SAAMGELEES MET SPLUMA, WET 16 VAN 2013: LEKWA-TEEMANE LAND USE SCHEME, 2011 - WYSIGINGSKEMA 19 Maxim Planning Solutions (Edms) Bpk (2002/017393/07) synde die gemagtigde agent van die eienaar van Erf 759, Christiana, gee hiermee ingevolge Artikel 56(1)(b)(i) van die Ordonnansie op Dorpsbeplanning en Dorpe, 1986 (Ordonnansie 15 van 1986), saamgelees met SPLUMA, Wet 16 van 2013, kennis dat ons by die Lekwa-Teemane Plaaslike Munisipaliteit aansoek gedoen het om die wysiging van die Lekwa-Teemane Land Use Scheme, 2011, soos gewysig, deur die hersonering van Erf 759, Christiana, geleë op die hoek van Christiana-en Gholfstraat, tussen Voortrekker- en Kerkstraat, in die Noord-Oostelike gedeelte van die dorp Christiana, vanaf “Residensieel 1” na “Spesiaal”, vir die doeleindes van die verkoop en stoor van landbou goedere. Besonderhede van die aansoek lê ter insae gedurende gewone kantoorure by die kantoor van die Munisipale Bestuurder, Lekwa-Teemane Plaaslike Munisipaliteit, hoek van Robyn-en Dirkie Uysstraat, Christiana, vir ’n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 06 April 2016. Besware teen of vertoë ten opsigte van die aansoek moet binne 'n tydperk van 28 dae vanaf 06 April 2016 skriftelik by of tot die Munisipale Bestuurder by bovermelde adres of by Posbus 13, Christiana, 2680 ingedien of gerig word.
