   rezoning	
   of	
   a	
   Portion	
   of	
   the	
  
             Remainder	
   of	
   Portion	
   1	
   of	
   the	
   Farm	
   Town	
   and	
   Townlands,	
   272,	
   JQ,	
   Rustenburg	
   from	
  
             “Agriculture”	
  to	
  “Special”	
  for	
  the	
  purposes	
  of	
  Waste	
  Drop-‐off	
  Facility,	
  Crafter’s	
  Workshop,	
  Urban	
  
             Agriculture	
   (Hydroponics),	
   Recreation	
   area	
   and	
   Education	
   centre	
   (Waste	
   Management	
  
             Programme).

  are	
  filed	
  with	
  the
