                                  EKURHULENI METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY
                                  EKURHULENI TOWN PLANNING SCHEME, 2014
                                    EKURHULENI AMENDMENT SCHEME E0214

It is hereby notified in terms of section 57(a)(a) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of
              1986), that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Ekurhuleni Town Planning
              Scheme, 2014 by the rezoning of Erf 249, Dunvegan Township from “Residential 1” to “Business 3” to permit offices.

The amendment scheme documents will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the offices of the Area Manager:
              City Planning, Edenvale Civic Centre.

The amendment scheme is known as Ekurhuleni Amendment Scheme E0294.   This Scheme shall come into operation on
              the date of publication of this notice.

                                                   CITY OF TSHWANE

TSHWANE AMENDMENT SCHEME 3369T

It is hereby notified in terms of the provisions of Section 57(1)(a) of the Town-planning and Townships
                  Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No 15 of 1986), that the City of Tshwane has approved the application
                  for the amendment of the Tshwane Town-planning Scheme, 2008, being the rezoning of Holding 14,
                  Timsrand Agricultural Holdings, to Special for Children’s Home, subject to certain further conditions.

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of this amendment scheme are filed with the Head of the Department:
                  Department of Economic Development, Gauteng Provincial Government and the Executive Director:
                  City Planning and Development, City of Tshwane,  and are open to inspection during normal office
                  hours.

This amendment is known as Tshwane Amendment Scheme 3369T and shall come into operation on
                  the date of publication of this notice.
