LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE 624 OF 2022

GREATER   TZANEEN   MUNICIPALITY
                                          TZANEEN   AMENDMENT   SCHEME 445

It  is  hereby  notified  in  terms  of  the  provisions  of  Section  57  of  the  Spatial  Planning  and  Land  Use
               Management By-Law of Greater Tzaneen Municipality read together with Section 57(1)(a) of the Town-
               Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance 15 of 1986), that the Greater Tzaneen Municipality
               has approved the amendment of the Tzaneen Town Planning Scheme, 2000 by the rezoning of Portion 77
               of the Farm Yamorna 558LT from “Industrial 1”  to “Special” for a Place of Refreshment, with Annexure
               275

Map 3 and the scheme clauses of the amendment scheme are filed with the Department of Planning &
               Economic  Development  of  the  Greater  Tzaneen  Municipality,  TZANEEN,  and  are  open  for  inspection
               during normal office hours.

This amendment is known as Tzaneen Amendment Scheme 445 and shall come into operation on the
               date of publication of this notice.
