NOTICE 1569 OF 2014 BEDFORDVIEW AMENDMENT SCHEME 1433 PORTION 2 OF ERF 528, BEDFORDVIEW EXTENSION 96 TOWNSHIP It is hereby notified that in terms of section 57 (1) of the Town-planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986 (Ordinance No. 15 of 1986) that the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has approved the amendment of the Bedfordview Town-planning Scheme, 1995, by the rezoning of Portion 2 of Erf 528, Bedfordview Extension 96 from “Residential 1” to “Business 4” for Home Offices as well as the removal of restrictive condition 2 (c) from Deed of Transfer T069729/07.
