AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS OF THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY INTO
                     ALLEGATIONS OF STATE CAPTURE, CORRUPTION AND FRAUD IN THE PUBLIC
                     SECTOR INCLUDING ORGANS OF STATE

Under the powers vested in me by section 1 of the Commissions Act, 1947 (Act No. 8 of
                     1947), I hereby, with effect from the date of publication of the Proclamation attached
                     hereto, amend the Regulations of the Commission of Inquiry into allegations of state
                     capture, corruption and fraud in the public sector including organs of State published in
                     the Government Gazette No. 41436 of 9 February 2018 as indicated in the Schedule.
