Notice  is  given  in  terms of  Section  40,  41, 42  of  the  Khai Ma  Spatial Planning  and  Land Use

Management By-Law that the Khai Ma Municipality, has, with effect from 23 April 2019 approved the

Grondgebruikbestuur Verorderinge bekend gemaak dat die Khai Ma Munisipaliteit, in effek vanaf 23
               Hierby  word ooreenkomstig  Artikel  40, 41,  42  van die  Khai Ma  Ruimtelike  Beplanning en
               April 2019,  die  opheffing van  beperkende titelvoorwaardes  goed gekeur het,  soos uiteengesit  in
               Grondgebruikbestuur Verorderinge bekend gemaak dat die Khai Ma Munisipaliteit, in effek vanaf 23
               Titelakte (T19665/2008) Bladsy 4, Afdeling D.3 (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv) ten einde die hersonering op Erf 158,
               April 2019,  die  opheffing van  beperkende titelvoorwaardes  goed gekeur het,  soos uiteengesit  in
               Pofadder te akkommodeer.
               Titelakte (T19665/2008) Bladsy 4, Afdeling D.3 (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv) ten einde die hersonering op Erf 158,
                 Pofadder te akkommodeer.
