NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION RECEIVED FOR AMENDMENT OF LICENCE
                      CONDITIONS – UMFOLOZI CASINO: INCREASE THE NUMBER OF GAMING
                                                        TABLES

1. In terms of Section 53 (4) of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010
                         (Act No. 08 of 2010), notice is hereby given of an application for AMENDMENT
                         OF  LICENCE CONDITIONS  TO  INCREASE THE NUMBER OF  GAMING
                         TABLES for Peermont Global (KZN) (Pty) Ltd t/a Umfolozi Casino

2. Public inspection of application

The above mentioned applications will, subject to any ruling by the Board to the
                         contrary in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the KwaZulu-Natal
                         Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 08 of 2010), be open for public inspection
                         at the offices of the Board at the address mentioned below for the period from
                         14 January to 12 February 2016.

3. Invitation to lodge representations
