NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED

1.    APPLICATIONS RECEIVED FOR APPROVAL OF RELOCATION OF BUSINESS PREMISES TO OTHER
                      PREMISES IN TERMS OF SECTION 44 (1) OF THE KWAZULU-NATAL GAMING AND BETTING ACT
                      NO. 08 OF 2010, AS AMENDED

In terms of sections 4(1) (b) and 4(3), read with section 4(4) of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000
                  (Act No.3 of 2000) as amended, notice is hereby given of applications received in terms of Sections 44 (1) and
                  120 (1) of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No.8 of 2010), as amended, for the relocation of

                    below for the period from 13 May 2021 to 26 May 2021.
