GENERAL NOTICE 9 OF 2021

DETERMINATION OF BOOKMAKING RIGHTS
                                                            &
                                            INVITATION TO TENDER

Acting  in  terms  of  its  powers  provided  for  by  section  7 (2)  (d)  of  the

KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act 08 of 2010) as
                 amended, the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Board has caused a

determination  of  bookmaking  rights  and  an  invitation  to  tender  to  be

published in the Provincial Gazette of KwaZulu-Natal on 08 April 2021 for

the attention of the public.

Copies of the request for proposals may be obtained free of charge on

the  website of the Board  www.kzngbb.org.za.   The request for proposals

will be made available on the above-mentioned website  from  08  April

2021 until 20 May 2021.

A non-compulsory briefing session will be held at 11h00, on 22 April 2021,
                 both     virtually/online    via    a    link   that    will   be     published     on
                 www.kzngbb.org.za, and also at a venue for a live briefing session.  The
                 venue for the live briefing session and the link for the virtual session will be
                 published  closer to the date of the briefing session.  You are kindly
                 requested to constantly check our website for the update.
