NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 OF THE KWAZULU-NATAL
                             GAMING AND BETTING ACT, 2010 (ACT NO. 8 OF 2010.

1.  In terms of Section 146, read with Regulation 14 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming
                      and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 08 of 2010), notice is hereby given of an application
                      for Authority to Acquire a Financial Interest in a Bookmaker Licensee received from
                      the applicant mentioned below:
