NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION RECEIVED FOR CONSENT TO ACQUIRE A FINANCIAL INTEREST
                        IN A LICENSEE IN TERMS OF SECTION 43A OF THE KZN GAMING AND BETTING ACT, NO.08 OF
                                                              2010

1.  In terms of Section 34, read with Regulation 14 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act
                       No.  8 of  2010), notice is  hereby  given of  an  application  received  for  consent  to  acquire  a financial
                       interest in a licensee in terms of Section 43A of the Act, received from the applicant mentioned below:
