NOTICE OF  APPLICATION RECEIVED  IN TERMS OF  SECTION  57(4)  OF  THE KWAZULU-NATAL
             GAMING BETTING ACT, 2010 (ACT NO. 08 OF 2010) READ WITH REGULATION 21 AND 112 OF THE
             KWAZULU-NATAL GAMING AND BETTING REGULATIONS 2012 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
