NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 5(3) OF THE KWAZULU -NATAL LAND
                  ADMINISTRATION ACT, 2003 (ACT NO. 3 OF 2003)

In terms of Section 5 of the KwaZulu-Natal Land Administration Act, 2003 (Act No. 3
                  of 2003), I Mr RR Pillay, Member of the Executive Council for Human Settlements
                  and Public Works of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government hereby give notice
                  that I intend disposing a portion of the below mentioned property to Ingwe
                  Municipality for the development of the Bulwer Town:-
