DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, TOURISM AND ENVIRONMENTAL
                                                     AFFAIRS,

KWAZULU-NATAL TOURISM AND AUDIO-VISUAL AGENCY BILL, 2023

1.The KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Audio-Visual Agency Bill, 2023, is published for public
                  comment in compliance with the provisions of section 154(2) of the Constitution of the
                  Republic of South Africa, 1996.

2. Organised local government, municipalities and other interested persons are invited to
                  submit comments within thirty (30) days in writing on the proposed Bill as follows:
