1.    ACQUISITION OF FINANCIAL INTEREST AND AMENDMENT OF SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURES OF LICENSEES

In terms of Section  34  of the KZN Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No.8 of 2010) read with  Regulation  14  of  the
