GENERAL NOTICE 20 OF 2021

DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

LAND REFORM (LABOUR TENANTS) ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 3 OF 1996)

Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 17 (2) (c) of the Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act,
                      1996 (Act No 3 of 1996) (“the LTA”), that applications for acquisition of land or rights in land
                      were  lodged  with  the  Director  General  of  the  erstwhile  Department  of  Land  Affairs  by  the
                      Applicants, and in respect of the Property, described in the Schedule.

Any party who may have an interest in the applications appearing in the Schedule is hereby
                      invited  to  make  written  representations  to  the  Director  General,  within  30  days  from  the
                      publication of this Notice. The representations must be forwarded to:
