TARIFFS FOR THE 2015/16 FINANCIAL YEAR

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 14(2) of the Local Government MPRA 2004 (Act 6 of 2004) that
                  the tariffs for the 2015/16 financial year has been approved by Council at a meeting held on 28 May 2015
                  and will be implemented as from 1 July 2015 by the Municipal Council of Tsantsabane Municipality..

                  Refuse removal tariffs                                                 9.00%
                  Sewerage and sanitation tariffs                                       10.00%
                  Penalty for tampering /bypass of water /electricity meters (Residential Property)  R10 000.00
                  Penalty for tampering /bypass of water /electricity meters (Business Property)  R50 000.00

The Council resolution and related documentation (tariff list) will be open for inspection during normal office
                  hours at the civic centre.

Kennis  geskied  hiermee  ingevolge  die  bepalings  van  Artikel  14(2)  van  die  Munisipale
                  Eiendomsbelastingwet, 2004 (Wet 6 van 2004), dat die Munisipale Raad van Tsantsabane Munisipaliteit
                  tydens  'n raadsvergadering wat gehou was op 28 Mei 2015, die volgende eiendomsbelasting en
                  dienstegelde vir die 2015/16 finansiële jaar goedgekeur het en wat op 1 Julie 2015 in werking tree.
