                PUBLIC NOTICE CALLING FOR THE INSPECTION OF THE 2  SUPPLEMENTARY
                                                                            nd
                VALUATION ROLL FOR THE YEAR 2019-2023 AND LODGING OF OBJECTIONS

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) read together with Section 78(2) of the
                Local Government Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004), herein referred to
                as the “Act”, that the 2  Supplementary Valuation Roll for the financial year 2019-2023 is
                                     nd
                open for public inspection at our website http://www.ulundi.gov.za and Council offices
                (Finance Department Office) from 10 May 2021 to 15 June 2021.

In terms of Section 50 of the said Act, any owner of property or other person who so desires
                should lodge an objection with the Municipal Manager in respect of any matter reflected in,
                or omitted from, the Property Valuation Roll must do so in the prescribe forms.

The prescribed forms can be requested from smanqele@ulundi.gov.za or obtainable at the
                Municipal Finance Department offices. The completed objection forms must be returned by
                hand to the Municipal Offices, BA 131 corner Princess Magogo and King Zwelithini Street,
                Ulundi or by email to smanqele@ulundi.gov.za. For enquiries, please contact Rates office at
                035 874 5129.

NB: All COVID-19 health protocols will be adhered to during inspection (Sanitizing
                and wearing of Mask).
