Public notice calling for inspection of a draft valuation roll and lodging of an
                                                      objections

Public notice calling for inspection of a draft valuation roll and lodging of an objections.
               Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) of the Local  Government Municipal
               Property Rates Act of 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred   to as "Act ", that the
               valuation roll for the financial years 1  July 2019 to 30 June 2024 is open for public
               inspection and at the draft valuation roll will be available at the following sources:

Municipal website
                      Municipal Offices
                      Municipal Library
                      Thusong centre

The 2018/19 draft valuation roll has been prepared and tabled in the Council meeting that
               was held on 23 January 2019

Attention is specifically drawn to the fact that in terms of section 50(2) of the Act an
               objection must be in relation to a specific individual property not against  the valuation roll
               as such. The form for lodging of an objection is obtainable from the Municipal Offices:
               Msinga Municipality R33 Main Road Tugela Ferry 3010. The         completed form must be
               returned to this office by hand and the Closing date for any objection is 15 April 2019.
