                       NOTICE TO CALL ANI) SET A DATE FOR A BY-ELECTION IN RESPECT
                       OF A WARD IN A CERTAIN MUNICIPALITY IN TERMS OF SECTION 25
                       3F THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT MUNICIPAL STRUCTURES ACT NO. 1.17
                       OF 1998 AS AMMENDED.

In terms of the provisions of section 25 (4) of the Local Government Municipal
                       Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998) as amended and after consulting the
                       Electoral Commission, I hereby call and set 26 April 2017, as the date for by-election
                       for the municipality as set out in the Schedule hereto.
