NOTICE OF FIXING OF LAND USE PLANNING TARIFFS:
                                            1 JULY 2014 TO 30 JUNE 2015

1.  Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A and Section 75A of the Local
                    Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the municipal Council
                    has fixed the following land use planning tariffs for the year 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015.

Zoning and Rezoning                            Tariff

Amendments to LUMS Scheme                   R679.33
                     Less than 5000 m2                           R2 000
                     5000 m2 to 5 ha                             R5 500
                     > 5ha                                       R5 500 plus R2 500 for every ha/part
                                                                thereof in excess of 5 ha
                     Material changes to the application        50% of the applicable fee
                     Multiple applications                      75% of each individual application
                     Appeals                                     R1 000
                     Zoning Certificates                         R150
                     Advertisement costs                        Actual cost plus 20%
