PUBLIC NOTICE: APPROVAL OF A SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE BY-LAW

Members of the public are herewith notified in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local
                    Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the municipality has in
                    terms of Section 13 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of
                    2000) approved a Spatial Planning and Land Use By-Law.

Members of the public are also herewith notified in terms of Section 13(b) of the Local
                    Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the Spatial Planning
                    and Land Use By-Law will take effect on the date of publication.

Lede van die publiek word hiermee in terme van Hoofstuk 4 van die Plaaslike Regering:
                     Munisipale Sisteme Wet, 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000) in kennis gestel dat die munisipaliteit
                     in terme van Artikel 13 van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Sisteme Wet, 2000 (Wet
                     32 van 2000) 'n Verordening op Ruimtelike Beplanning nn Grondgebruik goedgekeur
                     het.

Lede van die publiek word hiermee in terme van Artikel 13(b) van die Plaaslike
                     Regering: Munisipale Sisteme Wet, 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000) kennis gestel dat die
                     Verordening op Ruimtelike Beplanning nn Grondgebruik in werking tree op die datum
                     van publikasie.
