PUBLIC NOTICE ON THE APPROVAL OF FINAL BUDGET, BUDGET RELATED
                        POLICIES, MUNICIPAL RATES & TARIFFS OF CHARGES FOR 2014/2015

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No. 32 of 2000
                 and Municipal Property Rates Act No.6 of 2004, that the Final Budget of the Kwa Sani
                 Municipality for 2014/2015 has been approved by Council Resolution taken on the 29th May
                 2014 in terms of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act No. 56 of 2003.

The property rates tariffs that will be applicable in 2014/2015 financial year are as follows:

CAT 10 : RESIDENTIAL SMALL HOLDING          1.176c/R          1.246c/R

CAT 11 : TOURISM & HOSPITALITY URBAN        1.176c/R          1.246c/R

The first R 15 000 of all tourism & hospitality urban properties (B&B) and first R 50 000 on
                 residential & residential small holding properties be exempt from the calculation of rates as per
                 the Municipal Rates policy.
