               We, Synchronicity Development Planning, being the applicant (on behalf of the landowner) of the Remainder of
               Portion 202 of the farm Kalkheuvel 493 JQ, hereby give notice in terms of Sections 56 and 85(3) of the Madibeng
               Local  Municipality  Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016, that we have applied to  the

               Madibeng Local  Municipality for the  amendment of the Peri-Urban Areas Town Planning Scheme,  1975,  by
