                     NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 56 OF THE MADIBENG SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND-USE MANAGEMENT
                     We , Towncon Development Consultants (reg: 2014/053086/07) , being the authorised agent of the owners of Erf 306
                                                          BYLAW, 2016
                     Schoemansville ( located at N0: 58 Kuyper Street hereby gives the notice in terms of section 56 of the “Draft” Madibeng
                                              HARTBEESPOORT AMENDMENT SCHEME
                     Spatial Planning and  Land Use Management Bylaw , 2016 that we have applied to the Madibeng Local Municipality
                     for the amendment of the Hartebeespoort Town Planning Scheme ,1993, by rezoning of the above mention property
                     We , Towncon Development Consultants (reg: 2014/053086/07) , being the authorised agent of the owners of Erf 306
                     Schoemansville ( located at N0: 58 Kuyper Street hereby gives the notice in terms of section 56 of the “Draft” Madibeng
                     from “Residential 1” to “Special” for Guest House and Dwelling Houses as defined on the annexures.
                     Spatial Planning and  Land Use Management Bylaw , 2016 that we have applied to the Madibeng Local Municipality
                     The Self-explanatory Memorandum and proposed Annexures lies for inspection during normal office hours at the office
                     for the amendment of the Hartebeespoort Town Planning Scheme ,1993, by rezoning of the above mention property
                     of the Madibeng Local Municipality, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, 53 Van Velden Street, Brits, 0250  for a period of 30
                     from “Residential 1” to “Special” for Guest House and Dwelling Houses as defined on the annexures.
