The draft Marine Pollution (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Amendment Bill, 2019 is hereby

published for public comments.

Any  interested persons  are requested  to  submit  written  comments  in  connection  with the  draft,
            Marine Pollution (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Amendment Bill, 2019, within 30 days from the
            date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
