                                  NORTHERN CAPE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM

NORTHERN CA id LIQUOR ACT, 2008 (ACT NO. 2 OF 2008)

HOURS OF BUSINESS

In terms of the powers vested in me by section 17(7) of the above Act, I John Block,
                  Member of the Executive Council of the Northern Cape Province responsible for
                  Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, being convinced that it is in the public
                  interest,  hereby declare,   for the   duration of the Kimberley Diamond Cup
                  Skateboarding Championship, during the period 26 September 2014 to 6 October
                  2014 and only within the area of jurisdiction of the SolPlaatje Local Municipality, that
                  the holder of a Liquor license contemplated in section17(1) of the Act may sell liquor
                  on the licensed premises between 00:00 and 24:00.
