                                          TSANTSABANE MUNISIPALITEIT

Ontwikkeling van die Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk/Grondontwikkelingsplan vir
                                          Tsantsabane Munisipaliteit (2014)

KENNIS geskied hiermee dat die Tsantsabane Munisipaliteit beoog om 'n Ruimtelike
               Ontwikkelingsraamwerk/Grondontwikkelingsplan op to stel in terme van die Noord-Kaapse
               Wet op Beplanning en Ontwikkeling, 1998 (Wet 7 van 1998) Artikel 30(1).

Die Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk is 'n strategiese dokument wat die doelwitte vir 'n
               wenslike stedelike vorm van die munisipaliteit uiteensit, en wat ook strategiee en beleide
               identifiseer waardeur die doelwitte bereik moet word.

Die datums van verdere publieke deelname vergadering sal in die pers gepubliseer word.
               Enige verdere navrae aangaande die proses kan verkry word tydens kantoor-ure by
               Tsantsabane Munisipaliteit, Munisipale Kantore, Postmasburg.

TSANTSABANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

Development of the Spatial Development Framework/Land Development Plan for
                                        Tsantsabane Local Municipality (2014)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Tsantsabane Municipality intends to develop a Spatial
               Development Framework/Land Development Plan in terms of the Northern Cape Planning
               and Development Act, 1998 (Act 7 of 1998) Section 30(1).

The SDF is a strategic document setting out objectives reflecting the desired spatial form of
               the municipality as well as identifying strategies and policies through which to achieve these
               objectives.

The dates of further public participation meetings will be published in the press in due
               course. Further inquiries regarding the process can be obtained during office hours from
               Tsantsabane Municipaliteit, Municipal Offices, Postmasburg.
