                                       Spurwing 14537, Malden 13797, Farms 17888, 17324, 17928, 17929, 18081, 16112,
                                       16113 and portion of farms Shooters Hill 908 and Zeekoe 968 from the municipal
                                       area of uMngeni Local Municipality (KZN222) to Umshwathi Local Municipality
                                       (KZN221).
                  DEM 4128             By excluding portion 773 of Vaalkop and Dadelfontein No. 885 from the municipal
                                       area of the Msunduzi  Local Municipality (KZN225)  to  Mkhambathini  Local
                                       Municipality (KZN226).
                  DEM 4132             By excluding Ekukhayeni farms, as per attached schedule, from the municipal area
                                       of Ingwe Local Municipality (KZN431) and Harry Gwala District Municipality (DC43)
                                       to Impend le Local Municipality (KZN224) and uMgungundlovu District Municipality
                                       (DC22).
                  DEM 4164             By excluding farm Everglades 13592 from the municipal area of uMngeni Local
                                       Municipality (KZN222) to Impend le Local Municipality (KZN224).
                  DEM 422              By excluding properties belonging to the Doornpoort Landowners Association, as per
                                       attached schedule, from Emnambithi/Ladysmith Local Municipality (KZN232) and
                                       uThukela District Municipality (DC23) to Dannhauser Local Municipality (KZN254)
                                       and Amajuba District Municipality (DC25).
                  DEM 4298             By excluding a portion of farm Craig 15988 from the municipal area of Imbabazane
                                       Local Municipality (KZN236) to Umtshezi Local Municipality (KZN234).
                  DEM 4301             By excluding portions of farm Shenfield Common 2203 and Farm 16889 from the
                                       municipal areas of Msinga Local Municipality (KZN244) and uMzinyathi District
                                       Municipality(DC24) to Mpofana Local Municipality (KZN223) and uMgungundlovu
                                       District Municipality (DC22).
                  DEM 4308             By excluding portions of Farm 17746 from the municipal area of Mkhambathini Local
                                       Municipality (KZN226) to Richmond Local Municipality (KZN 227).
                  DEM 445              By excluding farm Mount Desire 1272 from the municipal area of Richmond Local

KENNISGEWING INGEVOLGE ARTIKEL 23 VAN DIE WET OP PLAASLIKE REGERING: MUNISIPALE
                    AFBAKENING, 1988 (WET NO. 27 VAN 1998): HERBEPALINGS VAN GRENSE

Ek, Nomusa Dube-Ncube, in my hoedanigheid as Lid van die KwaZulu-Natal Uitvoerende Raad verantwoordelik
                    vir plaaslike regering, en kragtens die bevoegdheid aan my verleen deur artikel 23(3)(b) van die Wet op Plaaslike
                    Regering: Munisipale Strukture, 1998 (Wet No. 117 van 1998), bepaal hiermee dat die herbepalings van
                    munisipale grense deur die Munisipale Afbakeningsraad in Kennisgewing No. 63 gedateer 10 Desember 2013,
                    en Kennisgewing 64 gedateer 19 Desember 2013, gelys in Bylae 1, nie die verteenwoordiging van kiesers in die
                    munisipale rade wesenlik sal affekteer nie, en sal derhalwe in werking tree op 1 Julie 2014.
