REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1967, (ACT 84/1967)

ERF 1880, UPINGTON

Notice is given in terms of the provisions of section 2(1) of the Removal of Restrictions Act,
             1967 (Act 84 of 1967), that the MEC for The Department of Cooperative Governance, Human
             Settlements  and  Traditional  Affairs  has,  with  effect  from  15  October  2015,  approved  the
             removal of the restrictive Title conditions of Title Deed nr T825/2014, Section B I. (a) to (d) and
             II (e) to facilitate the rezoning of Erf 1880, Upington.

ERF 1880, UPINGTON

Hierby word ooreenkomstig die bepalings van artikel 2(1) van die Wet op die Opheffing van
             Beperkings, 1967 (Wet 84 van 1967) bekend gemaak dat die LUR vir Noordkaap Departement
             van Samewerkende Regering, Menslike Nedersettings en Tradisionele Sake, met ingang van
             15 Oktober 2015, goedgekeur het dat die beperkende Titelvoorwaardes  soos uiteengesit in
             Titelakte T825/2014, Afdeling B.I (a) tot (d) en II (e)  ten einde die hersonering op Erf 1880,
             Upington toe te laat.
