              Hersiening en opdatering van die Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (ROR), Grondgebruikbestuurstelsel
                     (Soneringskema, Grondontwikkelingsprosedures en Regulasies - LUMS) en Verordening op
                                      Grondgebruikbestuur vir die Munisipaliteit Khâi-Ma
            Die tweede kennisgewing geskied hiermee dat die Munisipaliteit Khâi-Ma tans in die proses is van hersiening en opdatering van hul
            Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (ROR), Grondgebruikbestuurstelsel (Soneringskema, Grondontwikkelingsprosedures en
            Regulasies) en 'n munisipale Verordening op Grondgebruikbestuur (LUMS), saam te stel ingevolge die Ruimtelike Beplanning en
            Grondgebruik Bestuurswet (Wet 16 van 2013 - SPLUMA).

Die Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerk (ROR) is ‘n strategiese dokument wat die doelwitte vir ‘n wenslike stedelike vorm van die
            totale munisipaliteit uiteensit en wat ook strategieë en beleide identifiseer waardeur doelwitte bereik moet word. Die doel van die
            Grondgebruikbestuurstelsel (soneringskema, grondontwikkelingsprosedures en regulasies) en Verordening (LUMS) is om algemene
            grondgebruike en  verwante  aansoeke te hanteer,  te reguleer en  te standaardiseer  vir die totale munisipale area. Nadere
            besonderhede en volledige dokumentasie word nou beskikbaar gestel vir publieke insette en kommentaar. Nadere besonderhede
            en agtergrond in verband met die ROR en LUMS prosesse is verkrygbaar vanaf die Munisipaliteit Khâi-Ma (Mnr. E. Vries, E-pos:
            vries@khaima.gov.za, Tel: 054 933 1005/ 072 449 0282), gedurende normale kantoorure (Maandae tot Vrydae, 07:30 tot 12:30 en
            13:30 tot 16:30).

Geïnteresseerde en geaffekteerde partye word hiermee uitgenooi, in terme van Afdelings 20 (3b) en 28 (2) van die Ruimtelike
            Beplanning en Grondgebruik Bestuurswet (Wet 16 van 2013 - SPLUMA), om skriftelike insette en vertoë aan die Munisipale Raad te
            rig, t.o.v. die voorgestelde ROR en LUMS van die totale Khâi-Ma Munisipale Area, voor Vrydag, 18 Januarie 2019. Vir enige navrae
            in verband met die ROR proses, skakel asb. die kantore van Erioloba Consulting (Dr. Ernst Drewes), Telefoon 018 299 2543/ 082 416
            0935 gedurende normale kantoorure (Maandae tot Vrydae, 08:00 tot 13:00 en 14:00 tot 16:30). Vir enige navrae in verband met
            bovermelde LUMS proses, skakel asb. die kantore van Macroplan Upington (Murraylaan 4A, Upington – Len Fourie), Telefoon 054

             Review and updating of the Spatial Development Framework (SDF), Land Use Management System (Zoning
            Scheme, Land Development Procedures and Regulations - LUMS) and Bylaw on Land Use Management for the
                                                   Khâi-Ma Municipality
            The second  notice is  hereby given  that the  Khâi-Ma  Municipality  is busy  reviewing and  updating their  Spatial Development
            Framework (SDF), Land Use Management System (Zoning Scheme, Land Development Procedures and Regulations) and municipal
            Bylaw (LUMS) on Land Use Management in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of 2013 - SPLUMA).

The Spatial Development Framework (SDF) is a strategic document setting out objectives reflecting the desired spatial form of the
            municipality, as well as identifying strategies and policies through which to achieve such objectives. The purpose of the Land Use
            Management System (zoning scheme, land development procedures and regulations) and municipal Bylaw (LUMS) are to regulate,
            to handle and standardise general land uses and associated applications for the total municipal area. Further details and complete
            documentation will be made available to the general public for inputs and comments throughout the process. Further details and
            background regarding the process may be attained from the Khâi-Ma Municipality (Mnr. E. Vries, E-mail: vries@khaima.gov.za, Tel:
            054 933 1005/ 072 449 0282), during normal office hours (Mondays to Fridays, 07:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30).

Interested and affected parties are hereby invited to submit written representations, in terms of Sections 20 (3b) and 28 (2) of the
            Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of 2013), in respect of the proposed SDF and LUMS for the total Khâi-Ma
            Municipal area, to the Municipal Council before Friday, 18 January 2019. For further information about the above mentioned SDF
