GENERAL NOTICE 131 OF 2021
            PROPOSED REZONING, DEPARTURE AND REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE TITLE DEED CONDITIONS I.R.O ERF
                                      4548 KIMBERLEY, 5 RUTH ROAD, HADISON PARK.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Sol Plaatje Municipality has received an application from  “MVD Kalahari Town & Regional Planners”
           represented by Mr.N Haarhoff for Erf 4548 Kimberley in accordance with Sections 4 (2)(a)(iii), 4 (2)(a)(iv) and 4 (2)(b)(iv) as well as
           Sections 6 and 20 of the Sol Plaatje Land Use Management By-Laws 2015, read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use
           Management Act 16 of 2013, for the following:

•  The proposed Removal of Restrictive Conditions “Condition C. No. 6  (b) (c) (d)” on Pages 3 & 4 of the Deed of Transfer
                  T3629/2007;
               •  The Proposed Departure from the Scheme Regulations to increase the number of children allowed from 30 to 60 children;
               •  The proposed Rezoning of Erf 4548 Kimberley from “Residential 1” to “Institutional” in order to allow for a creche and
                  childcare centre to operate on the property;

Particulars regarding this application can be obtained during office hours from Registry, 053 8306671, Urban Planning Section of the
           Directorate of the Executive Director: Strategy, Economic Development and Planning, Second Floor, Old Complex, Civic Offices,
           Kimberley.
           Objections, if any, against this application must be lodged in writing with full reasons therefore, to reach the above on or before,
           MONDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2021.
           Any person who cannot read or write may, during office hours, come to the Municipality where the relevant planning official will assist
           such persons by transcribing their objections, comments and representations.
