DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N1 SECTION 2

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 319 OF 2008.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act
                1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 319 of 2008 by substituting it from points L589
                and R581  on Sheet 20 of Plan No. P622/07 up to points 1747 and R720 on Sheet 24 of Plan No. P622/07,
                with the accompanying sheets 1 to 9 of Plan No. P959/17.
