DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N1 SECTION 3

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No.’s 319 OF 2008 AND 1136 OF 2005,

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act
                  1998 (Act No.  7 of 1998),  I  hereby amend (I) Declaration  No,  319 of 2008 by substituting it from points
                 L747 and  R720 on Sheet 24 of Plan  No.  P622/07 up to its end,  (II)  Declaration  No.  1136 of 2005 from
                 points L193 and R181  on Sheet 6 of Plan No. P551/05 up to its end, with the accompanying sheets 1  to
                 27 of Plan No. P960/17,
