DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD Nil SECTION 11

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 1137 OF 2005.
                  i)  By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                     Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 1137 of 2005 by substituting paragraph
                     (I) and (II) of the Annexure, being the section of the descriptive declaration of the route from
                     Groblersdal to Marble Hall, with the accompanying sheets 1 to 10 of Plan No, P893/16.

ii) By virtue of Section 40(1 )(a) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                    Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby declare the section of Provincial Road P51 Section 3, as
                    declared by ail Administrator's Notices which might be relevant to this section of road, commencing
                    from L9 and R10 on sheet 1 of Plan No. P893/16, from where it proceeds in a general northerly
                    direction, follows the streets known as Voortrekker Street, Van Riebeeck Street and Hereford Street at
                    the time of declaration, up to points L10 and R11 on sheet 2 of Plan No. P893/16, in the town
                    Groblersdaf, as a National Road.

(iii) By virtue of Section 40(1)(a) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                    Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby declare the section of the Provincial Road P51 Section 3, as
                    declared by ail Administrator's Notices which might be relevant to this section of road, commencing
                    from L122 and R123 on sheet 6 of Plan No. P893/16, from where it proceeds in a general westerly
                    direction, follows the street known as Groblersdal Street at the time of declaration, up to the junction
                    between National Road N11 Section 12 and National Road R573 Section 3, in the town Marble Hall, as
                    a National Road.
