DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N11  SECTION 2

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No.  1322 OF 1989.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act, 1998 (Act No.  7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No.  1322 of 1989 by substituting a part of
                 paragraph 13 of the Schedule, being the descriptive declaration of the route from the Ladysmith
                 Interchange up to Nkunzi River, with the accompanying sheets 1  to 17 of Plan No. P933/17.

In the town of Ladysmith the route enters the town along N11  Section 2 from the West and follows the
                 streets known as Lyell Street and Newcastle Road at the time of declaration.
