DECLARATION  AMENDMENT  OF  NATIONAL  ROAD  N14  SECTION  8  AND  DECLARATION  OF
                EXISTING ROAD THROUGH THE TOWN OF VRYBURG AS PART OF NATIONAL ROAD N14 SECTION
                8

i)     By virtue  of section  40(1 )(b}  of the  South  African  National  Roads Agency  Limited  and  the
                           National Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998),  I hereby amend Declaration No. 217 of 2006 by
                          substituting paragraph I of the Annexure, being the descriptive declaration of the route from the
                           North  West/Northern  Cape  Provincial  Border at  time  of declaration  up  to  Vryburg,  with  the
                          accompanying sheets 1 to 26 of Plan No. P956/17.
                   ii)    By virtue of Section 40 (1 )(a) of The South African National Road Agency Limited and National
                          Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby declare the section of the road, commencing from
                          points L251  and R304 on sheet 19 of Pian No. P956/17, and from there in a general northerly
                          direction along the street known as Deiarey Street in Vryburg,  at the time of declaration,  and
                          therefrom  in  a  general easterly direction  along the street known  as  Market Street at time  of
                          declaration up to the intersection with National Road N14 Section 9, as a National Road.
