DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N14 SECTION 9

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No's. 784 OF 2012 AND 282 OF 2013.

By virtue of Section 40  (1)(b)  of The South African  National  Roads Agency Limited  and  National  Roads
              Act,  1998  (Act No.  7 of 1998),  I  hereby amend (i) Declaration No,  784 of 2012 by substituting paragraph
              C(l) of the Schedule, being the section of the descriptive declaration of the route from its junction with the
              street known  as  Moffat Street in Vryburg, at time of declaration  up to its Junction with existing  National
               Road  N14  Section  9,  (II)  Declaration  No.  282  of  2013  by  substituting  it  in  its  entirety,  with  the
              accompanying sheets 1 to 22 of Plan No. P954/17.

In  the  town  of Vryburg  the  N14  Section  9  starts  at  the  intersection  with  streets  known  as  Moffat  and
              Market Street at time of declaration and from there onwards follows the street known as Market Street at
              time of declaration in an Easterly direction.

in the town of Deiareyvifie the N14 Section 9 enters the town from the West and follows the streets known
              as Visagie Street and General Delarey Street at time of declaration.
