DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N18 SECTION 3 AND DECLARATION OF
                EXISTING ROAD THROUGH THE TOWN OF VRYBURG AS PART OF NATIONAL ROAD N18
                SECTION 3

I)     By virtue of Section 40 (1 ){a) of The South African National Road Agency Limited and National
                          Roads Act 1998 {Act No. 7 of 1998), J hereby declare the section of the road, commencing from
                          its junction with National Road N18 Section 3 at points L162 and R132 on sheet 11  of Plan No.
                          P947/17, and from there in a general northerly direction along the street known as Moffat Street
                          at the time of declaration up to its junction with the street known as Market Street in Vryburg, at
                          time of declaration, as a National Road.
                   ii)    By  virtue  of section  40(1 Kb)  of the  South  African  National  Roads  Agency  Limited  and  the
                          National Roads Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 731  of 2005 by
                          substituting a part of paragraph I of the Annexure, being the descriptive declaration of the route
                          from Pudumong up to Vryburg, with the accompanying sheets 1  to 14 of Plan No. P947/17.
