DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N3 SECTION 12

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No’s. 22 OF 1980, 336 OF 1992, 856 OF 1993, 1736 OF 1994 AND
                  1987 OF 1994.

By virtue of Section 40 (1)(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                 Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend (I) Declaration No* 22 of 1980 by substituting the section
                 from the common boundary between the farms Tamboekiesfontein 173-IR and Vlakplaats 138-IR on sheet
                 3 of Plan No. P303/1979 up to its end, (II) Declaration No. 336 of 1992 by substituting it in its entirety, (Ilf)
                 Declaration No. 856 of 1993 by substituting it in its entirety, (IV) Declaration No. 1736 of 1994 by
                 substituting it in its entirety, (V) Declaration No. 1987 of 1994 by substituting it In its entirety, with the
                 accompanying sheets 1 to 43 of Plan No. P888/15.
