DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N3 SECTION 4

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 236 OF 1972.

By virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
               Act,  1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No. 236 of 1972 by substituting a paragraph of
               the Schedule, Part B, being the section of the descriptive declaration of the route from Hilton up to the
               farm Highland 2954, with the accompanying sheets 1 to 39 of Plan No. P876/15.
