DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD N4 SECTION 1

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No’s. 91  OF 1981 AND 217 OF 1982.

By virtue of Section 40 (1)(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                 Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998}, I hereby amend (I) Declaration No.91  of 1981  by substituting it in its
                 entirety, (II) Declaration No. 217 of 1982 by substituting the section of the route from points L1  and R1  on
                 sheet 1  of Plan No. P331/82 up to points L101  and R116 on sheet 3 of Plan No. P331/82, aiso known as
                 the common boundary between the farms Zwartkoppies 364-JR and Mooiplaats 367-JR, with the
                 accompanying sheets 1  to 15 of Plan No. P897/16.
