DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R35 SECTION 2

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No, 175 OF 2007,
                  By virtue of section 40(1 }(b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                  Act 1998 {Act No, 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No,  175 of 2007 by substituting paragraph (!) of
                  the Schedule, being the descriptive declaration of the route from its junction with National Road N17 Section
                  3, in Bethal, up to Middelburg, with the accompanying sheets 1 to 23 of Plan No, P985/17.

In the town of Bethal the R35 Section 2 follows a section of the street known as Schiosberg Avenue at the
                  time of declaration.
