DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R36 SECTION 7

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No.’s 454 OF 2009 AND 283 OF 2013.

By virtue of section 40(1 )(b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                  Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), I hereby amend Declaration No/s 454 of 2009 and 283 of 2013 by substituting
                  it with the subjoined sheets 1 to 11 of Plan No. P972/17.

In the town of Tzaneen the R36 Section 7 starts at the intersection of Agatha Street and Circle Way and
                  then follows the street known as Agatha Street at the time of declaration in a North East direction.

In the town of Modjadjiskioof the R36 Section 7 enters the town from the South West and follows the
                  street known as Botha West Street at the time of declaration.
