DECLARATION AMENDMENT:O.F NATIONAL ROAD R53 SECTION 2

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 784 OF 2012,

By virtue of Section 40(1 )(b) of The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads
                    Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998),  I hereby amend Declaration No. 784 of 2012 by substituting paragraph G(il)
                    of the Schedule, being the descriptive declaration of the route from Fotchefstroom up to its junction with
                     National Road R30, in the town Ventersdorp, with the accompanying sheets 1  to 16 of Plan No, P997/17,
                    In the town of Ventersdorp the R53 Section 2 enters the town from the South and follows the street known
                    as Hendrik Potgieter Street at the time of declaration.
