DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R63 SECTION 8

AMENDMENT OF DECLARATION No. 305 OF 2012,

By virtue of section 40(1 ){b) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and the National Roads
                Act 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998), f hereby amend Declaration No. 305 of 2012 by substituting paragraph D(ll)
                of the  Schedule,  being  the  descriptive  declaration  of the  route from  its junction  with  National  Road  N9
                Section 5 at Graaff-Reinette up to its junction with  National Road  R75 Section 4,  with the accompanying
                sheets 1 to 9 of Plan No. P932/17.
